A recent study reveals that people who eat a lots of beans weigh about six pounds less than those who don't! Plus, adult and teen bean eaters have smaller waist sizes. Beans are excellent source of fiber, and studies have shown that high - fiber diets help reduce body weight!: No wonder my body looks like olive oil: LOL

Hello,antoinette! you are right,beans are excellent source of fiber and protein which helps reducing weight.salad of sprouted beans,chopped onions,chopped tomatoes,green pepper,and mint leaf with beet salt is good for health which can be consumed in breakfast or lunch.thank you.
