Egg or the Chicken ????? what came first please tell

It is a great question for every discussion that have never ending debate or answer for bot side because they have a good reason to depend. For me, in biblical theory of creating a world, chicken is the first. But in philosophical aspect, in our alphabet, the letter c in chicken is the first one rather than the letter e in the egg. That is only my own opinion.

I have kind of a scientific view of this question. I say the egg came first, and here's why. When the dinosaurs were still living on the planet, I think when one of the smaller ones laid a nest of eggs, instead of its species, a new species came out, chicks.

I've had this one and I'll give you the answer I gave my kids. When God made the earth, he made the rivers, the land and the animals so it stands to reason that if god made the animals then the chicken came first. I'm not a christian but that answer seemed good enough for my two. hope that helps!
