Bribery--An inevitable evil?

In a well-known British newspaper,a writer argued recently that "industry is caught in a web of bribery" and that everyone is "on the take".This is probably an exaggeration.However,today's businessman,selling in overseas markers, will frequently meet situations where it is difficult to square his business interests with his moral conscience.
What shall we do to control it?The WTO is useful to do this?Do you accept bribery?

Not all people are on the take - referring to bribe money. There are still good people who shun evil. Many times in our daily activities, we are presented with a situation where it is difficult to ignore. But thanks God, who gives power to resist temptation - including bribery!
