Kaka best player in Europe?

I have to say I am biased in this area, but Kaka has just been crowned best player in Europe. I believe this is fair, though he does play for one of my favourite teams. In addition he beat Ronaldo and Messi neither of whom are my favourite player. I wanted to know who you believe to be the best player in Europe? I would always put Gerrard up there as the driving force of Liverpool but what are your thoughts?

I think the award was fair. Kaka deserved it and his analysis that his winning the Champions League gave him the edge was spot on. I think over the last year both Kaka and Ronaldo put in massive performances, but Kaka held the edge over Ronaldo. Messi was good, but not great enough to challenge Kaka or Ronaldo. Cheers! Ram
