Are you good at giving advise to others? Or do others come to you when in need of advise? I just wonder. I always get people around me asking for advise and what i tell them seems go nicely with them. I am happy about myself. How about you my friends? do you give advise to others too? and if you give advise, what is your favourite area. I like to advise on family, kids and work related matters.

The younger ones do look up at me for advise, but I feel it is not necessary to give any advise because their parents are quite capable of doing it. Sometimes I will be put into trouble for the advise I give, particularly in the matters related to manners, behaviour, education, extra curricular activities etc. I have taken a decision to mind my own business and if anyone tells the problem, I do not offer suggestion and I will tell them to think it over again for a solution which they find on their own.

Preachers are not followers. So it is easy to give advise, but before that one should follow up you know. thanks for the confidence you have imposed in me.

This always happens to me too! I always seem to be a shoulder to cry on,or someone to lean on. But I don't mind, I quite like it. It gives me a good feeling knowing that I might have helped someone. I always seem to get asked advise about family and kids. People say that I am a good listener and that I give good advise. Sound like you and I are very similar.
