help about networking pc's...??? Anyone please help me..

i have two computers and i like to connect them with each other..
what i have with me now are:
one linksys router model BEFSR41
30 meters of utp cable with rj-45 in both ends(straight connection)
Pc#1 is a windows XP home (connected to internet)
Pc#2 is a windows XP pro
any experts here in pc's please help me???
i really appreciate people who can help me with my problem..

ok, for starters you need to hook up the router by hooking your Ethernet modem up to it and then hooking up your first computer. then with another cable you can hook up your second computer. cause the router should have at least 2 connections if not more. then make sure that the second computer has a Ethernet adapter,"on the motherboard or in a pci slot". When you have all that hooked up you should be on the net with both computers...

but i still have a problem..
i cant access the internet thru my PC#2.. if ayone of you know how to set internet connection.. please help me..
