I hate Power Naps. How about you?

I hate Power Naps or any kind of nap. I can not nap for just 20 minutes. Forget it! If I absolutely can not keep my eyes open, must nap, I need at least 2 hours if not more. And even then I usually feel worse after a nap then better, at least for the first 30 minutes after waking. I would rather just go to bed early than take a nap.
How about you?

I am not used to take nap as I was a working lady. Even when I am not well, even if I feel that little sleep will make me feel better, I certainly cannot take a nap. Some unnecessary thoughts will come on closing the eye lids and I feel bored and get up.

I have that problem sleeping anytime if I'm stressed. If there is a lot on my mind, or I feel I have a lot of work to do, I can't sleep. Sometimes making a to do list will help me sleep because I feel like now I won't forget anything. Otherwise, sometimes I just have get up and get some work done. Then I feel better.

i can do that once in awhile.When i was cramming over exam,i often took power naps..say about 15-20 minutes.It actually does help to improve my memory..lol. and i feel so much better after taking a short nap.Taking a long nap or sleeping hours can cause side effect too.Well,at least it does applied to me.I feel less energetic even after hours of sleep..strange.
