Weight Loss of 166 lbs

This morning a woman lost 166 lbs? No not today alone but over time what do you think is the easiest way to lose 166 pounds without surgery and exercise?

very difficult for me . If you are suffering the famine because of poverty,or met with something that makes you sad , you have to give up your strong desire to eat things. Everyday , you have to keep the vitamin balanced , and the certain kilogram of water ,otherwise you can not lose a gram at least,and become very sick before you have succeeded.

If yu want loose yur wheight means first of all countrol yur food menu ,and do regular exercise food menu morning have a cup of milk thats enuogh , lunch , one cup of rise & dal, dont take more snacks ?& choclate while the time , dinner 2 chappathi and any peaces if yu will go for this food menu also reduce yur whight and should be do regular exercise thats will help reduce yue whight.. I don't think there's an easy way to lose 166 pounds... It's almost impossible to lose it with exercise alone and to lose that much weight would entail lots of perseverance and discipline. Unfortunate for me, I don't have both the perseverance and the discipline for me to lose even 1/4 of that much weight. To continue losing weight, a serious lifestyle change has to happen; one I'm not ready to commit to.
