Home remedies for acid reflux!

I had endoscopy done to check if I have ulcers.
Luckily, i didnt have ulcers, but my gastritis has gone worse since then.
I am fed up of taking allopathic medicines, now I want to switch to ayurvedic medicines or even home remedies.
Can somebody suggest me some nice home remedies for gastritis.

I haven't heard of any home remedies yet, but I have read a little about what not to eat. Citrus fruits and red sauces are two of things on my list that if I skip for long enough it seems to go away. Last year I skipped these and had yogurt for lunch every day for 2 weeks and it seemed to make a huge difference for me.
