The holidays are here and it's time for Hoiday Baking......so what are you making????? This year I am thinking about making cashew brittle, if I can find a good recipe, and my husband's favorite chocolate snowball cookies. I might also make truffles if the ingredients don't end up being too expensive. Last year I made fudge and peanut butter balls and almond cookies that everyone except for me liked, hahaha. The fudge went over really well and everyone liked it but I just don't feel like making the same thing every year. So what are you baking this Christmas? Doe anyone have any good affordable recipes that they would like to share?

My mom usually does all the christmas baking but this year I'm planning on doing some choco brownie fudge and marshmallow brownies by my self. Hopefully I'll have the patience to complete the baking though or mom will take over the kitchen. lol!

My mom asked me to come up one day to make cookies together. It's been many many years since we've done such a thing... at least 20 years because of living out of state but gosh I'm so excited to actually spend some quality time with her and it being just her and I.

I have to make my husband's favourite too, he loves rum balls and peanut butter snowballs... and for me I'm making some decadent mint chocolate truffle cookies! You can get a recipe off kraftcanada.com, I just make a few changes to improve/personalize it more.
