Even though I believe Twilight was written for a younger generation, mainly teens, I still loved it. My friend Natasha, age 26, and I, age 22, wanted to start a book club. Her sister, age 15, was the person who introduced us to this novel. Before I read it, I had made up my mind that this novel might be a little bit juvenile, but after begining to read it, I found that even though it dealt with adolescence, that it still pulled me into the story. I couldn't put it down. I ended up reading it in one day. My friend Natasha did the same thing. I have to say it was one of the best novels I have read in a long time. I wanted to know if anyone else would care to comment on the age range that this book has reached.

I will be 24 years old in September. I purchased this book on June 8, 2008 and had it finished by June 10, 2008. I loved it! I had read a LOT about it (both good and bad) on a "teen" graphic design forum that I'm a member of and I decided I was just going to buy the book myself (since our library is horrid and doesn't carry it.) and read it to see whether I was in the group of people who thought it was good or the group thinking it was bad. I loved it! It was one amazing book! Definately not the best one that I have ever read.. BUT.. It is definately in the top 10! I think... Most people that I know.. Who are around my age..wouldn't like the book. But they don't really read stuff like this either. They're more into romance novels & don't ever switch from them. Me.. I love the Harry Potter Series & romance novels as well, but if I hear a lot about a book, I'll read it just to see if its as good as people really say it it.
