If you work in one foreign company, you already worked for this company more than two years.During this period, because of company policy, you changed 5 managers. All the passed managers can trust you and you had a nice time with them, but for the new one, he did not trust you and he thought you lied to him. In this situation, how should you do? Please give your comments my friends.

just be confident in your character. you will be ok.if you didn't do anything worth doubting, it will be ok,just do it ,relaxed.

well pleaseing five mangers is really very tough and that too in such a short term of two years.i think what you need to do is to mould yourself in the way they want.obviously when a new person comes in a company it will definately take time for him to settle down and be familiar with everyone.since time is also very less,so all you can do is just do what you think would please them.

Hi Nkhanna,
Thanks for your response. If the new manager is a new comer for our company, I can understand his doubt. But he already worked for our company 6 years, since my leader left, he is in charge of me now. He only believes Korean staff(he is korean, too)even the Korean staff always lie, that's why I dislike him.

Hi Yueyzhqd,
Thanks for your comments and kindly encourage. I think I can try to get the new manager's trust even he is a person who always doubt others.
