How can a girl- developer make her career plan?

Yeah , iam an associate developer in United State's company , bearingpoint. have you heard it ? I am a student graduated from the Computer Science major . The first two years , i was very depressed and concerned about my future ,my career . At the beginning of the fourth year , i caught an opertunity to go to a big company , i was an intern there . I become very confident after i competed and got this job . I found IT field is not that tiring job and boring persons . The bosses are so cute and workmates are so friendly and energitic. The job at the beginning is a greate challenge for me . I like the full life , i like saying "a good begun is half done". Like what you sad , a young man or woman should do somethings you can take greate advantages ,don't take a rest too early because you haven't learnt and experienced much . So i always think girls or boys are equal and jobs are equal. Everyday is so exciting and i got much from people around and my jobs .

A person can not decide what he is most good at too early .So i want to try and taste more fields. I know ,if work over time is too hard for me as a girl .Because the products to protect our skin will be useless. And woman will become older quickly .So if a girl think she is not suitable for this field , she should not keep the reality to waste time . So i think i am girl outgoing and energitic and loving learning things , building up with people relationship quickly , i seems to be good at the marketing or service job . I will change one or more than one years later . hoho ,just play it by ear . Don't keep myself in the original height , i can try more and see more clearly about me . hah, thank you for your advice "Do what you like"

an associate developer?I have never heard this position. what do you do everyday?? write the code or ??I have no idea the position at all.where do you live now? I know you are a chinese,are you? you should design your career in your university.of course,it isn't late to do it.you have worked for 4 years .you are not a graduater.you have the knowledge ,experience in your speciality and life.you are the elite now.do you satisfy to your situation now? what do you want or what's your goal of your life? you should ask yourself everyday best wishes

I used to write some programs and fix some bug in a banking system project.Now i come to another project ,related to SAP and XI system migration. New tecniques ,less coding , more ability you should develop , hehe , i take every new task as the challenge.
