hi downaalice :) the 'it' here refers to dicussing the project :) the person uses the word 'it' because it's shorter.. english in terms of written or spoken is slightly different from chinese.. but the meaning are still the same :)

Hello dear downaalice.
A: "When shall we meet to discuss the project?"
B: "Anytime you feel like it."
Ok, let me change this sentence in another way so that you can understand it much better. Now here is goes:
Paraphrase:
Anytime you feel like that it is ok for us to meet to discuss the project.
So I think that "it" here stands for the former sentence by A. It is wrong to consider "it" as an attributive clause, as in fact it is not, but an object to the preposition "like". You see, "feel" is a verb and "like" is a preposition. I hope that I have made it clear to my dear downaalice. Thanks for asking, dear friend.
