What is the last selfLESS thing you have done?

I'd love to hear stories about the last totally self LESS thing you have done. Something where you gained nothing out of the deal. Something that was done simply because you felt it should be. I was laying awake last night, trying to think of the selfless acts I have done this year, and I am embrassed to admit that there are a lot less acts then I would like there to be.
