i looking for a new videocard, i want bye Ati HD2600XT, but my friend recomended me GeForse 8600gt...can someone help me?

You would rather trust your friend than a stranger, right? That's the best choice. But if you are looking for other recommendations, go to the video shop or computer shop and ask what's the best one for you!!

It all depends on who that friend is. Someone could be your best friend and still not know a thing about computers.

If I were you, I would go for the GeForce 8800GT... That card is slim, powerful and well worth the money spent....

If i were you, i would go to www.newegg.com They have an excellent selection of computer parts and many reviews that tell you what is good and what is not.
