Time frame for mylot! / myLot

Id there a time frame for mylot updates?? Does it go from midnight to midnight or from when they update to the next time they update? Does anyone know about this??

they seem to update here at around 3.30 in the afternoon,its allways around the same time.

I think it updates at around 9am Eastern time in the US. Hope that's helpful.
