I was confined in the hospital due to Fatty Liver. Doctors said i eat too much oily food and salty food that triggered the pain on my upper right abdomen. My blood test and ECG shows Fatty Liver. They confined me in a hospital and placed me on a Low fat diet.
Now that im out of the hospital what food can i eat? Since i was told not to eat anything fatty/oily/salted. Do you have any suggestions?
I know i can stick with fruits and vegetables however after a few days on that diet i feel that i wont be able to be happy about it.
HELP Please, any suggestions?

Well there are a lot of things you can eat but it will be a very big change for you. Try eating salads with low fat dressings. You can still cook a regular meal just choose leaner cuts of meat and bake instead of fry. Use spices as a marinade instead of sauce.
A baked potatoe with low fat cheese melted over it can work.
Honestly I'm surprised that they didn't tell you what to eat. I would contact your docter to get an eating plan.

Thank you. I wish I followed my own advice more often. I eat fairly poorly as well. Since I posted this I actually went to my docter about a reoccurring heart-burn problem. Now this isn't just a little indegestion. I get a burning sensation which I can feel in my whole chest and back at least once a day.
My docter just said to quit smoking and loose weight. This is a very difficult combo to do at once.
ANyways, the point is, I asked him for a diet... and he wouldnt' really give me specifics either. Its really annoying.
I can no longer eat:
-citric fruits or anything with them in it (lemon, lime, apples, oranges)
-anything with tomatoes in it(tomato based pasta, pizza)
-pop or anything fizzy
-Things with high contents of salt and or fat(no more fast food)
This has severely limited my diet... but I think it will help with loosing weight.
I'm not supposed to drink caffeine either but I just started working at a coffee shop so I get free coffee and tea ):

my son has chronic pancreatitis and therefore has a limited fat intake, or gets very very ill.
you can poach your eggs, use a spray oil in the cups
choose only chicken or turkey bre@st meats or very lean red meats... buffalo is lean, deer meat, turtle, snake, eel, lean cuts of beef should be at least 96% lean.
avoid hard cheeses and any processed foods due to high salt content
snack on air popped pop corn
eat high fibre grains such as brown or wild rice
avoid bleached flours and white breads
eat plenty of greens
