Eversince i was a kid, i have this kind of physiological disorder. Some say it is a genetic thing, meaning that i have it in my blood. Others say that it is a manifestation that i have a problem in my internal organ, probably the liver. I get sweaty palms even in ordinary times when i am not stressed, or worried, or nervous, or anxious. I just have it sometimes even when i am asleep or when the weather is cold. Its like ordinary for me to have sweaty palms. Others also told me that i am more fortunate that my case isn't that excessive because they say that there are others who really have hands dripping with sweat.
I recently found out that my case is called palmar hyperhidrosis (see www.info@curesweatypalms.com) and i found out that i am not really alone having this kind of problem.. I am researching for ways to cure this kind of disorder and i really do hope that i can find an answer which does not refer to some kind of surgery. I hope to find alternative medicines which may effectively cure this kind of disorder..
Do you have sweaty palms too? Or did you know someone who have it? If yes, i'm sure we have common experiences when we have been bothered by this kind of disorder.. Have you tried medicines for this? Is it effective? Do share your thoughts..

Yes its normal i think if we get sweaty palms when nervous or anxious.. :-) Our sweat glands, especially in the hands, excretes more when in stressful situations. Sometimes, our hands even shakes when nervous..
