I realized this was 6 months ago, I am going to fix some tonight, I have never tried it but I hear it is very good. I will try a little salt nd pepper and put some Lemon on it.

Grilled fish?? Simply divine. I love it with lots of fresh lime juice. Haven't had it with butter lemon though. Would like to try it, I am sure I would like it.
Can it be prepared at home? grilled fish is quite easy but I am apprehensive about the lemon butter sauce thing. Could you ask Uma?

180 gms (6 oz.) chopped butter
2 cups castor sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice (use fresh lemons, not preserved juice)
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
4 eggs, beaten and strained
Combine all ingredients in top half of double saucepan or in a HEATPROOF bowl. Stir CONSTANTLY over simmering water until mixture thickly coats the back of a wooden spoon. Pour into hot, sterilized jars.
