next new episode of house?

does anyone know when the next new episode of house will air and what it will be about? i didn't know if they played a repeat last night because of that writers strike or if it was just time. gotta say, i was surprised that they aired the christmas episode so early!

I don't think there will be a new episode of house until 2008. There is no information on the house website about a new episode airing or what it will be about.

I just read on the message boards for House that there won't be a new episode until Jan. 29th.

Well, I'm assuming you haven't heard of the strike of the WGAE (Writer's Guild of America, East) and WGAW (Writer's Guild of America, West.)
Due to certain parts of the new contract, the writers are unable to agree to the terms and formed a strike in the union. This means many of our favourite scripted shows such as House won't be airing any episodes until this whole thing is sorted out.
I have no idea when the strike's going to end but it probably won't be until 2008 as the last writer's strike lasted for half a year. Guess we'll have to watch reality television until then.

Last night was a repeat. They aired the Christmas show last week (real early) for Bones also. i figured it was because of the strike.

I believe I read that there was an episode planned for after the Super Bowl (Feb 3). As to what it will be about, it's anybody's guess, really. They have yet to have an episode with the full new team.
