Does anyone use voice recognition software, because struggle with a keyboard?

I get back pain pretty bad and using the keyboard for long periods, makes arms and shoulders ache. Someone recommended that I try out voice recognition software like Dragon Naturally Speaking. If anyone out there uses it on a regular basis, I'd love to hear how you're finding it. For those than don't know, voice recognition software works via speaking into a headset which is in connected to your computer, and it types what you say.

Hi,i have this on my new laptop that we got this summer but havent activated it yet.I guess im too lazy to just type in a couple of keys to get it going,haha.I might try later this week,it would be weird though at first i think,haha.

Do you have vista on your laptop? I know all new vista machines have voice recognition built into them. s

Yes,i have a windows vista.I tried the touch pad on the screen and didnt like it,haha.The keys on the bottom screen are small and hard to not hit another key instead.It did talk to me and i found that VERY weird,haha!Like a robot woman.
