This Christmas, there is one big thing I want to have, and that is to secure all the reagents that I need to finish my research methodology so I can start working on my manuscript. And the other 4 are the following:
1. Girly Colorful Rashguard
2. Life Vest
3. Leggings
4. Sporty Sun Glasses
Wow. How am I ever gonna get those? Just wondering... :D
How about you guys?

To be selfish, lol:
1: Nintendo Wii.
2: Digital Camera.
3: Books.
4: Sweaters.
5: A new ankle brace.
I wouldn't be able to explain the self-less things I wish for for Christmas, so we'll keep it at that.

I'm really in to the Chuck Klosterman books. I'm currently reading one and there's two more I want to get. So those would be what I'm asking for this year.
And yes, world peace would be something I'd wish for. Also for me not to spend this years' christmas eve in the hospital (I spent it there last year)

My right shoulder blade, starting with one scale on the edge of the top of the shoulder.
It's only seven scales, and it means alot for me 'cause I hope to add scales to count how many perfectly wonderful days I've had in my life. To remind me that I've had some, you know?
I too easily forget sometimes.
I didn't want to do anything too cutesy lol, I wanted something that represented how no one can ever take those days away from me. Scales remind me of armor, so I thought it was perfect.

Hello my friend.
In China, there is always no Christmas Party in family.
At that day students will go to school like other days.
But everyone wants to receive gifts.
I want to have a new computer and have a big meal with my husband.
Good luck.

I don't see anything wrong with asking for specific, material gifts for christmas. I know that every year I ask my family for their wish lists. Not for any commercial aspect, but because it makes me feel good when I get something for someone else that they really want and that will bring some happiness to their life. I also want to give them the same opportunity to feel that satisfaction, so I always try to come up with some good things for my list, too. I think that is what the spirit of Christmas is, to learn how to give to some one else. We also participate in a local charity to give to others.
So, that said, here is my wish list:
1. A massaging neck pillow
2. Some hair bands to keep my hair out of my face
3. "Noel" by Josh Groban
4. a new iron
5. some bubbly bath stuff
Merry Christmas to all!

Hello DJ9020. :). You just comforted me. Reading the third that you have on your wish list just makes me think that I might want to remove what I've written as number for on my list and replace it with "Noel" by Josh Groban. Or, I should have written there, the top 6 instead of top 5 so I can still squeeze in the one that I have written 4th on my list.
May you be given the wisdom what to give for your loved ones this Christmas. Seeing my loved ones happy is one priceless reward. Merry Christmas to you. :)

I'm having the hardest time this year trying to figure out what I want. It's not that I have everything, but more like I don't want a bunch of material things that I don't need and will just clutter up my space and life. All I asked for this year was for "something yummy and chocolatey" to anyone who asks. Hey, there's no such thing as too much chocolate!

Here, here Gmakesmoney. :)
I'm a sucker for chocolates too, specially the dark and bittersweet ones. Good thing my sister is a chocolate maker. I can't wait to receive something chocolatey from her.
Wishing you all the yummiest chocolates this Christmas. :)
