I think most of us know this sentence:"No news is good news." How do you think of this sentence? Agree or disagree?
In my case, I agree with it. I work for one producing company, after we shipped out the products, we realy do not want to receive any news from our customers. Because if the buyers do not send news to us, it means there is no problem for our products; if we received their news, it definately means there are big problems for our products, we will be in the trouble.-_-

haha! that's a funny way of looking at it, although i seriously take this as truth. i am involved in some fulfillment work too and, like you, we do not want to hear back from the customer after ship out. but ya know what, sometimes, they really call just to thank us for a timely delivery and/or satisfactory product. so i guess there is still good news somehow.
or maybe we can start referring to it as feedback instead of news. we'd rather welcome positive feedback, although we should remember it's the negative feedback that lets us grow. :)
