I am sorry to say, but I believe that all official religions have distorted the true meaning of G-d. They use the holly books to preserve the power and revenues from the followers. They try to simplify the meaning by bringing it closer to the people and describing it by understandable terms. Like in Greece, Gods are just like people, but more powerful. My personal opinion is that G-d exists, it is in every place and in every person. May be, it is my own private G-d, but it is the only one, I can rely on.

Why do you need to name G-d?
Ancient people believed that the name of the person preserves some power, so people used secret names to hide their real one. So, you need a G-d's name to get some power over? Do not think, you can do that. G-d is no more human than a water or a wind.

please give us your opinion and not what is writen in quran or anything........one should learn to have their own opinion what really annoys me the most is most Muslims don't have a opinion on such topics they prefer to just quote what is written in Quran..how do you define god........what is your opinion of it.

You know guys, there is no other name given under heaven whereby we must be saved...there is no other name like "Jesus". He is the one true God ever, He is the Alpha and the Omega.. You must believe that there is only one God and thats He, Even the devil believe and tremble. May God bless us all...

this is a best definition of GOD which a person can qoute. and this is my opinion also,,,, GOD:eternal, who has no ending or a beginning, creator of everything,... the only diety worhy of worship

Who is my god? Bondye...I have to say too that I dont think at all that some ppl dont "realize" there is any god or higher power..I think some ppl just dont have any belief in that sort of thing and there is nothing wrong with that at all. We are not carbon copies of each other so we SHOULDNT all believe the same thing or follow the same paths in life etc..If we did that, life would be pointless really..

God lives in every person's heart. But some are like you and me who feel his existence and know that he his helping us all the time. He is protecting us all the time and doing so many little miracles which needs to be appreciated and God deserves a big thank you. But some people are getting all the love from God and yet they don't believe in God and have no word of appreiciation for almighty. How many times it must have happen with all of us, that suddenly we found ourselves in danger or in critical problem and automatically a voice came from our inner heart" Oh God what should I do now.....help me" and then you must have noticed that something happens, some help or some solutions does come out to help you and then automaticaly you say "thank God I was saved.." Insipite of such direct proof that there is god and he helps you, people don't believe in God......you see how selfish is mankind....God does not need any name or indentity, we have to find him, he is inside us...he is always with us.

Hi uzz,
My God is the one true God...the Living God. He is the One Who loves me more than I will ever imagine! He is the One Who sent His one and only Son into this world to save me from my sins.
I know Him personally and it is the greatest joy ever! He is always with me and He promises to never leave me or forsake me. He keeps His Promises.
God is good...ALL the time!

He is my Heavenly Father. Sometimes I call Him "Father God" or Lord. I call Him Lord Jesus as God and Jesus are one and the same.

Jesus is our one true God... He is the only one who will reign forever...There is no other god beside Him... according to the book of Isaiah 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, the Mighty God, the everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace." and in the book of Matthew 1:21-23 it says: "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us." therefor, There is only one God and His name is Jesus and He is with us...
