1. - argue with him/her that it's nothing to worry about 2. - make him/her admit that the problem is his/her insecurity 3. - ask apology 4. - YOUR OWN SOLUTION *select any of the 3 options that you think is the best solution when your partner is jealous and provide a reason. if you found that the options listed above is inadequate, state your own solution and provide a strong reason. That's actually usual problem in a relationship. Others would refer jealousy as love because when you love someone that you get jealous in little things, however, other would refer it to insecurities. I believe you must talk- a deep talk inorder to patch things. If you'll neglect it, you will end up crying because you might have a break-up.

I think a lot of people feel insecure because their partners don't do enough to make them feel secure they just automatically think they should.

hmm, there are cases of feeling jealous in relationships as you feel insecure if your significant other is giving any attention to others. For me the solution will be like1. My own solution- like i want to let him know that he is special 2.argue with him that nothing to worry about 3.make him admit that the problem is his/her insecurity

the best solution whwn your partner is jealous is to be honest to her & don't do all things that she don't like... stop arguing w/her it will only put the situation to worse... :-)
