Two choice to be a reseacher student or to start work?

I am a college student in Taiyuan University of Technology .Now I am confused by a problem that when I graduted in the future ,should I be a reseach student or should I start working ?In China the record of schooling is so important to find a good job,but I doubt that if being a reseach student so important or useful? So help me ,give me some advice ,thank you .......

Hi,I am facing the same situation .I prefer work,even though I will take the postgraduation entrance exam. I think work experience is very important.

Both lead to a fair discussion on superiority..But i tell you something..when this discussion starts both can be justified..But ultimately you chase your dreams..what you dream for..you ll be successful..
