If you feel unloved please tell someone. Life can be very lonely sometimes. The holiday season can be more depressing than other times of the year. Just about everyone has had feelings of extreme sadness or dispair. If you feel this way you are not alone. No matter what you think, you are not alone! Please, talk to someone. If you feel there is no one you can talk to then use a message board. You may feel unloved but, I am telling you that even total strangers feel you are valuable. It is hard to think clearly when you are feeling low sometimes. If you are thinking that no one cares about you then your thinking is wrong. Someone, many of us care about you, how you feel, your well being. Who you are effects all of us and we want you to be the best you can be. Your job, or lack of, the amount of money you have or don't have, your clothes, your height, your weight, none of those things add or subtract to your value. You have value just because you are here. You are loved and, if you don't think you are you are listening to the wrong voices. Please tell someone how you are feeling. YOU ARE LOVED!!!!!

dear M...how precious is this post of yours...i hope every person on mylot that feels unloved during this holiday season will reach out to other mylotters and share their troubles, so we could try to help in our small ways. each of us has some heartache to contend with and if we are there for other's on mylot that would help alot. i am glad you are on the mylot site for other's to see how much you do care about other people...your children are extremely luck to have such a wonderful mother as you. all the best to your family on the holidays...stanzi

This is actually something that has been a hot topic on the parenting site I haunt. Some of the parents there are facing financial hardship and the rest of us are trying to pull them through. Sometimes the best way to show you love someone, is to just put a hand out and listen to them.

Wow, you are very insistant. Did something happen in your life to feel this way? I suffer from depression at times, I am going through menopause, and I know what it feels like to not feel loved. When I get low down like that I always phone one of my sisters, Cathy, who is my best friend also, and she always makes me feel better. Sometime I can talk to my hubby, but sometimes I can't because he is the reason I feel that way, at times. He might be mean to me and I take it the wrong way, because my hormones are out of wack, and he didn't mean any malice, after all. I just got defensive for no reason. Yes we all need to be reasured that we are loved. I like your dicussion and it is also one of the reasons I am a member here, people here make me feel better at times when my hormones are crazy and I get lonely during the day. I just log in here and I feel better already. Thank you my friend.
