Tinsel??

How many of you put tinsel on your Christmas tree???
i personally dont put any i find it to be too tacky no matter how little you add it still to me looks like too much not to mention you find it ALL OVER the house from the day you add it to the tree up to months later but thats my personal opinon. how many of you feel the same way or even disagree???

I use to put a little on the tree. But now that I have kids I dont. It would be all over my house and I just dont want to clean it up.

MY thoughts exactly im not sure how my mom could stand the stuff with 5 kids who were constantly poking at the tree dropping and dragging the tinsel all through out the house!

We used to when I was a child, but I don't put it on my tree. I agree that it looks tacky, and very '80s. I remember finding it all over the house until Easter, then it would be the grass from the Easter baskets for months. No thank you.

LOL exactly it would be all over the house and then like you said by the time you cleaned it all up it was time to start finding the plastic easter grass! thanks a bunch

Oh, I've not got that far yet. Still trying to find a safe place for the tree to go. I think we will be putting tinsel on it though, our girls love sparkly things.
