Years ago I used to write out down all of my new years resolutions but as the years went by I found that I wasn't being true to myself by keeping them.Maybe it was lack of confidence in myself or motivation. It maybe could have been a test of my own willpower and strength. Whatever the case was , I knew I had to do something about it. So, for the past couple of years I begun looking over my year that was going out and evaluating my accomplishments, failures and things I still wanted to do. That was my way of finding strength in myself and sticking to my decisions.Anything that had been negative in my life I get rid of and work on all things that were positive. By changing my method ; I was able to still be true to myself. What about you ? Are You strong enough to keep your new years resolutions ? Share your thoughts.

Well, I make new years resolutions evry year and I end up not making them come true. I always turn back and do old ways and not doing what i ought to do. I just hope this year I will be able to do it by heart and not just ending up writing them.

Yes, that is true, we should be able to keep the ones that are more closer to our heart.I was letting myself down too much that's why I stop making them and came up with another solution to make my life better. Thank you for your response.
