Where do people learn to drive???

Okay - need to vent a few minutes. I live in Northern Missouri and we have received about four inches of snow from 2pm to 4pm. I live about 30 miles from work and so I started home at 4:00 and arrived, safely, at 4:55, twice the normal time to get home. I drove about 30-35, which was appropriate for the weather conditions because it was a wet, slick snow. So here I am driving and there are cars driving down the center of the road, cars going about 50, and cars passing up to three cars at a time. And they wonder why we have accidents! Two cars crashed, with a roll over, and there were numerous other cars off the road. Were those people driving like the other idiots? Seriously folks...what are people thinking. With all the terrible things that happen beyond our control, why do people do such stupid things? challenge their humanity? the humanity of others? Okay, I'm better now.
