I know they were set to leave the show,but was what we saw the way they are leaving?
Why didn't she tell him! At least she asked for help,and Sam and Gates? You think maybe? Sam is really getting to be a good nurse around there.
And it was awesome to see all the people that touched Er's life as wll as mine.
I just wonder what is next? I do hope Abby and Luka get back together and they are ok.
I missed the preview what was it?

I hope that is not the way they write Abby and Luca off the show it kinda leaves you hanging and I don't like that. Sam is a great nurse and I think she will eventually decide to be a doctor I have noticed the past few shows that Gates and her have had some of those certain kind of glances and moments.
There was no preview for the next show as the show will not be back on until next year.

Yes I gathered that I guess it was just so soon to me,felt like it anyway. I think Sam would make an awesome Doc,she is kinda taking on Abby's old role,maybe that is why she is doing all this now?

I'm hoping that's not the end of Abby and Luka, I was really hoping she would have told him about the affair. Is gates going to be the new "luka" sleeping with everyone there before finally "finding someone special? I can't believe that we have to wait till next year. It's going to feel like forever.

I agree,and it does look like Gates is taking that role on doesn't it?
I hate waiting so long again,but what can you do you know. I know Abby and Luka were supposed to leave the show sometime this season,I just hope that wasn't their exit,like the Ray thing it leaves me empty.

Wow - thanks for the update/teaser. I used to never miss ER but afraid I haven't seen it in over a year - I'm not sure what happened except I got hooked on Lifetime and Hallmark TV and seldom watch network shows.

I was really torn between thinking Abby should tell Luka the whole truth and hoping she'd keep her mouth shut about it! I mean, I'm not condoning her lying to him but sometimes it doesn't help matters at all to be totally honest. It sure is disgusting to have to wait until after New Year's for a new episode but that's the case with almost all the series.

Well I am glad she told him she needed help but I wish she would have told him the rest of it. I think Gates is too hung up on the other lady but him and Sam would make a good pair. As for previews you have to wait til next year lol. No new shows until then. :(
