Hi, wonder if our sins are any different than 2000 years ago.. worse or better, or are we just the same? nothing changed...
Would Jesus die on the cross now in the present?

If Jesus had to die on the cross again in this day and age, yes, i do believe that He would do it...but thank God that He sent His son so long ago to die on the cross and save even those 100 years from now. Jesus only had to die once to save us until the end of time. no sin is better than the next in God's eyes. You do have to give your life to Christ though in order for those sins to be forgiven and forgotten completely by God. It says if you recieve Christ in your heart and you truly repent of your sins, they are forever forgotten and He will have no knowledge of them. God is so good! God bless

so then what you say is in the end we forgive ourselves? Jesus does not really forgive us, unless we accept him and repent. It's part heaven, part nature.
Bless you too, have great Christmas!

Well, I think what you took was something totally different than what I was trying to say. Nature has nothing to do with it really. It's either you let Jesus in your heart and He forgives you, as well as you are then given the opportunity to forgive yourself, but in the end it's Heaven or Hell. It's always your choice though. Whether to accept Him or not, but without Him it's just you. If that makes any sense. God bless
