What would you do if your company doesn't keep their promises???

I'm currently working as an online tutor... my boss is a foriegner, he runs his own company alone but months later he merge into another company asking help from us to give them a good market and now we were relocated to a more complicated situation because of the company is now a corporation he promised us many benefits if we go with him and then we did work with him and wait for that promise to come true... now its kinda blur ... everything is falling out into pieces that he can't even fight for us ... I'm facing a big problem right now why can't we work peacefully without hanging thoughts ... now im loosing my trust in him... what should i do????

Online... very difficult to go after anybody online. Hope for the best, expect the worst and be prepared for this. If we are being defrauded by people whom we actually and personally deal with, how much more people online. Yes we have to trust but be careful and don't put your eggs just in one basket. Good if he still communicates with you and if so request him to be true and sincere. If he doesn't, then charge that to experience and a bad one.
