How can they?

Yes, I have come across such people. the big example is Politicians, who carry out all nefarious activities and still pose before the voters that they are at their service. There are government servants who take bribe in both hands and stil pretent that they are the service of the people. And what of police officers - They are the biggest thieves I have come across. People know about it and no body wants to talk back to them, because people do not want to throw stone at filth, because the filth may boomarang.

It is to pin point others of their mistakes but very difficult to pin point ones self. These people should first look at themselves and put themselves in the others shoe well before commenting or doing anything which would hurt the other person.

I honestly think that some people just don't think. Of course then there are the ones who do think but put themselves above others - they lie and cheat with a smile :(

I think it is pure evil. My mom's preacher got caught in alot of messed up stuff. She had a hard time trusting another paster after what she went through.

Ofcourse I say that I don't like people doing that. But I have also come across lots of people who act like they are wearing a mask. When you talk to them they are all nice and behind your back they talk bad about you. I rather take my distance from people like that.

maybe those people are not that sensitive enough and just still have childish minds that why they really don't give a damn about what other might feel for their insensitivity. maybe its up to us to just let them know that what they are doing is so bad and wrong and they must have to think first before they act such stupidity and unconscious hurting somebody's feelings.

You see a lot of people doing this. The thing we can not look into a persons heart and know what their thoughts are truly. People are known to put masks on to show others. No matter how much you think you know a person you don't truly know them. Look at the serial killers that got away with murdering people. People just opened up their doors to them because they looked nice. My policy is my doors stay closed until I am sure that they are who they say they are. I don't just let a person in my house randomly. That is how people get murdered. There is a lot of studies of why people trust these people and also why they do the things they do. But no one truly can know. So I believe that this is one of those questions that will be hard to come up with a true answer. Also each person is different so you will have a multitude of different answers if there are any.

I've come across such persons and it also amazes me on how these people talk about kindness and yet do otherwise. This is especially true with diligent senior ladies (i'm not talking in general, ok?) who are "supposedly" active in church activities but enjoys the satisfaction of name calling and cursing their neighbors. Oh and i won't ever forget my first lady boss who reports to the office only for two hours a day. She always has this rosary in her hand but couln't bring herself to pay us the mandated minimum wage. And one time, she got very mad at an employee that she said hurtful words but right after the employee turned her back, our boss continued praying the rosary as if nothing happened.
