Of course bodybuilding is important if anybody wants to be healthy, get fit, and get into better shape just as long as you do it right. I personally believe that bodybuilding should be kept natural and be a long-term goal because it takes time, discipline, patience and desire to see results.

yes i believe its very important and its very good for you. the only problem i see with it, is that some people become obsessed with it.

Ya afcourse a well built body is always good.. but its good only for urself, won't do much of a good in the gal stuff.. they r interested in strong mind not body...
Anyway i think its good .. it can only be experienced .. a well built( not over built) one do many things which others can't even imagine..

Weight training is good for your bones, you muscles and your heart. In fact, the older you get the more important it is to use weight training, in order to keep your bones strong. 50 years ago we didn't need the weight training because our daily lives required that we lift heavy burdens and use more muscles to do daily chores. With so much automation making our lives easier, we must compensate with exercise - especially weight training.
