KLCC - Did you go up the Twin Tower viewing deck?

Visited KL a few months back and wanted to go up to the viewing deck at the KLCC, but I didn't know it was by queue system. When I reached there, which I thought it was EARLY, it was already all FULL. So disappointing. Anyone been up there? Please share your experience.
