What do you think of Taylor on Kid Nation?

I hate her with a passion. She is one of the brattiest kids I have ever observed. If I were one of her parents, I would be absolutely mortified at the behavior of my child. It tells me a lot about the pageant circuit for kids too. Wow, talk about spoiled and overindulged.

I think it's important to remember that Kid Nation is designed - and edited - for entertainment value. Taylor is perfect for the "bad guy" role. Every week her bad behavior is featured, though, I have to wonder how her parents feel. It's easy to forget that she's a real little person and not an actor. I'm looking forward to the finale to see if there is some acknowledgment that Taylor and others have learned some good life lessons. I'm curious, too, to see what the future has in store for these new child "stars."

That's the thing though. I don't think she is learning anything. She is a perfect bad guy, but I just can't help but think her parents ought to be learning a lot from watching her behavior.

Wouldn't it be nice to have Kid Nation reunion show in about five years just to see what has happened to these kids in the interim. Let's see, they ranged in age from about 9 to 15, so they'd be 14 to 20 in five years. That would be interesting to see. I just hope they all use their intelligence well and grow up to be fine, well-educated, successful adults.

Well, I think hate is a little strong of a word considering you are talking about a 9 year old little girl. She is acting like a spoiled brat on the show and I'm sure that her parents are embarrassed. I think there are a few of them that aren't acting how their parents would like. Greg for example.

But there is nobody more heinous than Taylor. Her parents better be learning some lessons in successful/unsuccessful child rearing. She is a horrible brat, and I'm not really sure hate is too strong actually.
