Philippines is #10 in thw World's most corrupt countries

I cant believe it...last year #42, now #10!....wow.....a very big gap... i feel ashamed because im a filipino...waaahh.. and i feel sad, because the government doesnt give any attention to it!...

now that's a BIG BIG shame on our country... but i don't think the government pays any attention at all to any critics... sad face
