Would you go to another job if

well if i like my job then i wouldn't want to change jobs. but even if i like my job but there's no promotion or recognition or whatsoever even though i've performed, then i might consider changing jobs. if i am not happy at work, i definitely want to look for other jobs though.

I also have a job that I love and that pays me well enough to have a little left over at the end of the month to buy extras or save. The people I work with are great,and I am just left to get on with the work, and I like that.

I like my work and don't think I want to change jobs even for the money. In fact, my present job doesn't pay as much as my previous job (I was in a different industry) and though I did enjoy my work then..I enjoy this job a lot more.

It depends on whether I am qualified with the new job. Besides, I have to see whether I will have a heavier pressure and long working hours. As I have my family now and at this moment it is not suitable for me to focus on work only.

Hi littlefranciscan! If for instance I am working and I am very happy with my job and I like it very much, and there is another job offer for me that promises better benefits and more money, I think I would because it would mean a new discovery of my own potentials on how I can adapt and excel in my new working environment. I know it would entail a lot of stress and maybe responsiblitites but I am very optimistic that it could make me grow as a better person. Well, of course I would arrive on that decision after I have weighed all the possible pros and cons of leaving my old job and that is not easy to really decide on. haha..Just my thoughts. Where I work now my boss treats me with high respect.Gives me good wages etc ... For fast food this is simplily unheard of.As long as this boss stays I will remain where I am at. Simplily count my blessings.
