Weather Advisory for the Midwest

Just heard on the news we are about to experience freezing rain and icing within the next day or two. This means possible power outages. This means no myLot. Think I better get things in order and plan for the possible dark, cold and boring next few days. What would you do if you had no power and couldn't be online or watch television? How would you entertain yourself?

I would be bored out of my mind. I remember the summer before last when I was still in St. Louis and our power was out for like 6 days. We were the last ones to get power back. It was SOOOOO boring. And hot! I think boring and cold would be worse. Thank goodness we have 2 fireplaces in this house otherwise I would freeze.
