Well, I would think that depended on several things: how old you are, how well shaped you are, what you're wearing at the time, where you're going, etc. If you're young with a perky figure, then I see nothing wrong with going without a bra as long as your top is properly concealing. You can always wear a camisole if you need it for extra protection. But, if you're old like me, then you need all the support you can get! And, if you have an extra ample figure, then you'll need support for health reasons. I hope this answers your question sufficiently. God bless you!
