What types of things do you buy at Christmas? I like to buy the kids things they need Clothes, and things they can learn from with an extra gift that they would really want. What do you look for when buying Christmas gifts?

I let my son choose ONE item he wants for Christmas and then I buy him more clothes, mostly for school. My husband is in Thailand at the moment and says he will be bringing a few things for my son too and then I got an email from his Grandparents in New Zealand who have sent a box full of pressies for him. So I know that he has plenty for Christmas this year, so one present from me is enough :)

Not until 20th of Dec. It is a little lonely at night but I'm use to him travelling. My son finds it hard though as he asks for him everyday. I think because we have each other and he is mostly at school and I work part-time, we keep ourselves busy most days.

Could put it better myself, Stacey. And I do try to limit it to 3 gift, as there were three gifts from wise men.
