I have more Ideas
1)Get a job
2) Do not do anything
3) Peak your peers
4) Take their credits
5) Have good relationship with ur bosses
6) Always keep ur supordinates under pressure
And u will get promotions year after year by doing nothing.
Thus is the reality of today's workplace

Cambridge Focus is easier
I did it like 5 times
they pay you $100 for like 2 hours work
AND they give you lunch and snacks
