You can now feel the cool breeze of Christmas. It is the season where you eat, drink and spend too much. After the season is over you are left with extra pounds and even debts. How do you manage extra weight gain during the holiday season? You should not overindulge yourselves in food. In parties get only the food enough for you. Eat more veggies or salads. Avoid food that are high in calories such as fried foods, desert and sweets. If you feel that you gained a lot lose it by exercise- walk an extra mile and get moving.
