why virginity is the best gift to your partner?

i just heard this from my friend, is it true that a girl or a boy must preserve itself, i was talking about virginity for there partner(husband, wife)?

Yeah in a sense virginity can be the best gift coz losing it with a partner who loves u and cares 4 u, means that u r also showing and perhaps "proving" ur love to him/her...
But virginity can also be the worst gift to give a partner if he/she ditches u just after appreciating that gift!!lolz ^.^
