Do you think that the way you feed your kids now will effect how they eat when they get older?... like if i gave my little girl a bowl of dry cherios and let her sit down and watch a movie and she is mean while she is snaking on them?....
what do you think that we could do to lower the chances of our children to become obeese?...~*britt*~

Kids follow the people around them, and the lifestyle that surround the people they love and interact with on a daily basis. Parents who teach their children right from wrong, including proper eating habits have a good chance that those habits will stay with them (their children) at least until they are teenagers, than leave the rest to fate and good genes. At 18 years old i can attest to this.

Ofcourse the things that you teach your kids now will be their building blocks for the rest of their lives. So if you give them grapes instead of candy that will obviously help. But you know as long as you keep your kids active and teach them how to be active and take care of themselves then you probibly won't have to worry about them being obeese.
