What desert you can't resist?

My favorite desert - It's my number 1 desert. It's called "Bird milk" because it's made of milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. The white of the egg is floating in the yolk of the egg, it's very good, not to sweet but always cheers you up. It's even very healthy. My mom and aunt are glad that this is my favorite (all though I eat it once a year because for my taste it's highly extremely delicious only when outside is cold and snowing.

I love mostly all kinds of desert but my truly favorite is called "bird milk" ("Lapte de pasare" in my native language, I've downloaded a picture to show you it). I keep it at my number 1 by having it served only when the cold season breaks (winter or when it snows) because, I don't know why, it's more delicious and more satisfying than having it in other seasons. And you? What is your favorite desert? Do you eat it once a year like me or when you want?

I love carrot cake, that is my favourite dessert, as long as it's homemade rather than shopbought as home made cakes are far superior and far tastier. It is hard to find a special carrot cake which has all the right ingredients and is tasty to eat, your bird milk sounds tasty too, thanks for sharing!

I've seen in a magazine a cake where they used carrot but the person claims she made it up so that her children can eat some vegetables. And you're so right deserts are heavenly when they are homemade, the ones bought from shops are some too sweet, too dry or just machine made so the most important ingredient isn't added (which is the pleasure to cook and love). The bird milk is divine and very to make you can find the recipe and the net, you should try it.

My favorite desert is pecan pie. I have not had it in a number of years only because I don't like to pay the expense at the market and it takes a lot of time and patience to bake homemade. Maybe next year.

Dark chocolate, I'm crazy about it's bitter sweet taste. All my birthday cakes are always dark and with chocolate cream. I'm glad to find dark chocolate fan here. Do you like those dark ones of 85% or higher cocoa?

There is no dessert under the sun that I can resist. I don't even bother to try. Sometimes I skip the meal entirely and go straight for the dessert, but then later I'm hungry again and that's when I'll eat the regular food! And then of course I have to have dessert again later. I bet you're wondering if I'm as big as a blimp. The answer to that is no, probably because there are days that I go without eating at all.

Ok I asked you what's your favorite desert and not describing how I eat :D. I don't believe that you are "big as a blimp", you've seen that I eat a lot too and I'm not a "fluffy" person (there are 5 types of fat person they are :healthy, skinny, fatty, fluffy and the DAMM"). I'm very slim too. (this allows me to eat all the candy and unhealthy food as I want).

I am not really a desert person. So when I get a craving for something sweet, I go for the big Magilla. New York style chhesecake. Sometimes with fruit (cherries) sometimes not. The good thing is its so rich. That means I usually can only eat 1/2 of what is put in front of me. What exactly is in bird milk?

Ahh cheesecake, I always heard about this cake but I've never tasted it. the bird milk well you can find some details i've wrote on the picture i've downloaded. it's a very delicious desert very easy to make and it's made of eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar. The white part of the egg is beaten with a little sugar and then boiled with milk (along with sugar and vanilla or vanilla sugar) until they become soft lumps, the boiled milk is mixed with the yolk (I don't know all how it's made) and then the white limps are put in the mixture. They float in that yellow sauce, the taste of sweet and vanilla knocks you down. So the delicate taste is heavenly. Oh I can't wait to have it because winter is here.
