I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude
bright no matter how gray the day may appear.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun even more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive and
everlasting.
I wish you enough pain so that even the smallest of joys in
life may appear bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final
good-bye.

Thank you for sharing, I quote I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess how true that is, and I think we all guilty of taking things, everyone for granted, that one day when they are gone we suddenly realize they are no longer there. Even mother nature we take for granted, for example seeing the sun rise and sun set! And appreciating colours, the simple things in life.

Hi raydene! That is a very beautiful poem. It is very true that to appreciate everything that we have, we should only have enough of everything. It is living a balance life..it is appreciating what we have and don't have each day of our lives. Excess of anything is no good, it just makes us more wanting and never contented, thusmaking us feel empty at the end of the day. Take care and have a nice day. :)

Sweets we need to appreciate what we are blessed with in order to be contented with our life...I'm not talking about settling either! Settling for less in a job, relationship, etc is belittling but to find the best in these things and it's not there...that is settling..
