No doubth in my mind who the pound 4 pound king of boxing is. If Pacman and Mayweather foguht at a catchweight limit of 135, I have no doubth Maywetaher would win and possibly knock Pacman out with all respect. Mayweather had great power at the lower weights, we only can get a glimpse of that same power as he moved up in weight, and fortunatley in his last fight. The way he nullified Hattons famed body puches was spectacular. Hatton literally looked lost in knowing what the heck to do. Mayweather eventually started picking him off, which lead to Hatton being knocked out. Wish I could say I was impressed with the referring. joe Cortez kept getting in the way!
It can only be worse for Pac Man. He sometimes comes swinging wildly with straight punches. Mayweather would see all of that coming from a mile away and catch him accordingly. Possibly knocking Pacquiao out sooner rather than later.
Pound 4 ppound ratings are based on skill. Unfortunatley Pacman will never be P4p until Mayweather's skills start eroding and or when he retires.
